Booking Process FAQs

What do I need to do to book a session? 

Request your session date and time here on our booking calendar or contact us to get a proposal! We may set up a quick consultation call to chat more about what you are looking for and then you’ll receive your proposal via email. Once you accept your proposal, it will lead you to the photography agreement and deposit invoice to officially book your session! 

Are there any hidden costs?

Absolutely not! While many other photographers advertise a low session fee and then charge per image or require you to buy print packages, our packages are designed as a flat-rate. You will receive a proposal for your photography session that will include all costs. Through our gallery system, there are prints, canvases, metal prints, cards, etc. that are available to order if you’d like. 

Photos & Delivery FAQs

Are the photos in high-resolution (hi-res)?

All images included in your package are high resolution. This means that you are getting the highest quality images so you can print, crop, and use your images as necessary. We deliver your final edited images as JPEG high resolution files. If you are in need of a different file type or specific image size, please just let us know. 

What is your editing style? 

Our signature editing style combines authentic, sharp imaging with vibrant, bold colors, making every image stand out. We never over-edit or photoshop to make it look unnatural or not like you. Additional retouching or edits can always be requested, but we ensure you are happy with the final high quality, professional images!  

Do you use AI for editing? 

All images are edited by real humans. While there have been select AI tools added within our Lightroom editing software, we do not use AI editing only to edit and finalize your images. 

Will I own my images?

Yes! All packages include a print release so you can use your images for personal use. Branding, marketing, or commercial type photography sessions will include a marketing release / license for commercial use for your images. More information about this will be included in your photography agreement as well as your release. If you have any questions or need other specifications for your image use, please just let us know. 

Will you use my photos for your advertising or marketing? 

Only with your permission. This information is included in the photography agreement before you book your session. If you don’t want your photos used, that’s totally ok, just let us know. 

How long does it take to get my photos after the session? 

Typical turnaround time is about two weeks, but this will be communicated with you during your session. In case you have a specific deadline or need your photos faster, no problem! We offer expedited editing to ensure you have your photos.

Headshot Photography FAQs

Can you come to our office to shoot headshots for our staff?

Absolutely! We have a traveling setup with backdrop options and lighting to shoot the headshots you need on-location to make it simple and easy for your staff. Whether you want us to setup in your office or at a company event, we’ve got you covered! 

Can we get headshots for our entire staff?

Yes! Depending on your number of staff, we can help you determine how much time is needed, answer questions, and help get your staff scheduled. We’ll create a custom proposal for your company headshots to fit exactly what you need.
