Your Branding Photography Experience
When you book your Branding Photography session with me, I walk you through everything! We start by understanding your brand and designing your session – and everything in between!
Here’s what you can expect:
Contact
First, simply fill out my contact form or start designing your session to get started. Let me know your questions or if there is a deadline you are working to meet.
Questionnaire
Once I receive your questionnaire, I will follow-up with you for our consultation! We'll dive into your brand, discuss recommendations and tips, answer any questions you have, and help you as you prepare for your session.
Session Day
First and foremost, take a breath, relax, and enjoy this time. If you are upset, sick, or not enjoying, that’s all that you will remember when you look at your photos. Enjoy your session!
Schedule
Next, schedule your session date and time. Weekends book up quickly. Ideally, schedule your session at least two weeks ahead, you’ll want time to prepare.
Outfits
I recommend clothing that is comfortable and fits who you are. (Don’t wear an outfit that you normally wouldn’t.) Choose a few different outfits for variety. Try to choose colors close to your brand colors or neutrals. (i.e. don't wear red if your colors are purple and teal.)
Be Early
To be on time, be early. Being early will help you relax and enjoy from the start!
Location
We will choose a location to fit your brand — either on-location at your space, I can recommend a studio space, or outdoors. For outdoor settings, the best lighting is right around sunrise or before sunset.
Props
There are a variety of props that can help expose your brand and show what you do! Products, tools, materials, books, branded gear, signs, equipment, etc.
Turn-Around
Give me about 2 weeks to go through and edit your photos. You will receive your final digital images through an online gallery.
Book
Once we schedule your session, you’ll receive the photography agreement and deposit invoice via email. A 50% deposit will hold your date and pay toward your balance. The final payment is due by the day of your session.
Website & Collateral
Share your website, social profiles, and marketing collateral with me. If you will be redesigning any, try to have an idea of what you want it to look like or examples.
Gallery
When your photos are ready, you will receive an email with your gallery access information. You will also receive a PIN to download your images straight to your computer.

BOOKING FAQs

Contact me and let me know what you’re looking for to start designing your branding session. At time of booking, the photography agreement will be signed and the deposit will be due to secure the session date. A non-refundable 50% deposit required will be subtracted from your total session balance.

Branding photoshoots can vary in cost as they are customized to your needs for photos, outfits, locations, and other specifications. Typical branding packages start around $1500, but will be custom quoted per project.
Payment for your balance must be paid in full on the day of your session, and may be paid in Cash, Check, Zelle, or by Credit Card directly through the invoice.

A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling of your session. There may be a cancelation fee added if cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours before your session time. Please contact your photographer as soon as. possible for any cancellations or rescheduling needs.

A marketing release will be provided for commercial use as part of your package purchased. Underexposed, LLC retains the copyright to all images produced by Underexposed, LLC. Images cannot be used for profit. If other release or use is needed, let us know.
